AMES IMPEX’s Vacuum Pressure Impregnated (VPI) & or Cast Resin Dry Type Transformers are designed to provide safe and dependable power distribution in environments where oil-filled transformers are not suitable.
These transformers are manufactured up to 7.5 MVA, 33 kV, with insulation systems rated for Class F or H.

Using a state-of-the-art VPI process, each winding is thoroughly impregnated under vacuum with high-grade varnish, ensuring complete insulation penetration, superior heat dissipation, and mechanical stability.
The coil is then oven-cured to form a hardened, moisture-resistant surface ideal for demanding applications.
